ZEP TEPI PROJECTBACK TO THE MACHINE

TERMS

What this is

Experiment 001 is an interactive machine built from the Zep Tepi Project album. You play it by touching and dragging parts of a figure on screen; what you play is recorded as a performance. If you complete the five-part sequence the machine asks for, it can forge that performance into a numbered artifact: an image made from your performance and the artist’s own drawings.

Gifts, not purchases

Nothing on this site is sold. An artifact is a gift: claiming one costs nothing, and Zep Tepi Project never asks for payment or a card. An artifact has no monetary value, is not an investment, and is not represented as one. The number on it is a record of when it was made, not a price or a rank.

Who owns what

The artist behind Zep Tepi Project keeps every right in Zep Tepi Project: the album, the drawings, the character, and every artifact image generated from them, including yours. Claiming an artifact does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any commercial right in the art or music to you.

What you get is a personal, non-commercial right to keep your artifact, to view it, and to share it as yours (on social media, with friends, wherever you like) for as long as you like. You may not sell it, mint it elsewhere, use it to represent you hold rights you do not hold, or use it commercially without the artist’s written permission.

Public pages

Every claimed artifact gets a numbered page at a public, guessable address (/a/000001 and onward) and can appear on the wall (/wall), a public gallery of claimed artifacts. Anyone with the link can view and replay the performance behind it. Do not claim an artifact from a performance you would not want visible to a stranger.

Acceptable use

  • Play the machine as yourself. Do not use it to automate claims, scrape artifact images at scale, or abuse the claim flow.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the site’s rate limits, spoof another visitor’s session, or interfere with the machine for others.
  • Do not use the site to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent the artist or Zep Tepi Project.

No warranty

The machine, the site, and every artifact are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. Image generation can fail or take time; an artifact’s generated image is not guaranteed to complete, and its canvas render stands in until it does.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and Zep Tepi Project does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

These terms may change as the project changes. The date at the top of this page is always the last time they did.
